Kelly Dane
Partner
Kelly leads and participates in numerous types of transactions, including management buyouts, acquisitions, shareholder transactions, balance sheet restructurings, and growth strategy consulting. She has a diverse background as both an investment banker and investor, focusing on buyout transactions. As an investment banker Kelly structured and underwrote transactions for Private Equity led deals, before switching roles and becoming an investor in the deals herself.
Kelly is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.

Brian Baum
Partner
Brian oversees strategic initiatives of the company with a specific focus on helping business owners think through, build and execute on a value acceleration and transition strategy for the shareholders. He brings over a decade of experience working with families on business transition plans and post-transaction value maximization.
Brian is a graduate of Penn State University and the President of the Pittsburgh Exit Planning Chapter, which he helped found in 2019.

Jonathan Dane
Partner
Jonathan is responsible for deal structuring and execution efforts across firm engagements. He has over 14 years of experience on both the sell-side and buyside and has worked with private and public companies on a myriad of transactions spanning equity issuances, debt restructurings, and business acquisitions and sales.
Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, a CFA Charterholder, and in 2019 was named to CityWire’s 40 Rising Stars Under 40.
